this seems similar to the behavior we're seeing with the REDIRECT issue on solaris -- were there are TWO entries for many messages in the log files, and randomly redirect doesn't send on to another host (on the same lan) -- in our case we always seem to get the mail into the inbox though (afaik, no one has complained about missing mail sent internally yet)
