For the list- islandlist.tab - created by lisset.pl:
"external"      "0"     "0"     "c:\apps\ecartis\ecartis.bat"   "@@TMPFILE" 
     "-s"    "islandlist"

In ecartis.tab - created manually:
"external"      "0"     "0"     "c:\apps\ecartis\ecartis.bat"   "@@TMPFILE"

I stopped and re-started XMail after creating the cmdaliases.
