Well - I think this isn't a MS-related feature - till yesterday the logs rotated at 00:00 - but now they do on 23:00 (switched from CEST back to CET): Oct 25 23:59 pop3-200310250000 Oct 26 22:58 pop3-200310260000 Oct 27 22:47 pop3-200310262300 so a quick and dirty-solution is, that i run a cronjob at 00:01 that links all logfiles to the current date, because other programms rely on a logfile with the actual date in its name: Oct 27 11:31 pop3-200310270000 -> /var/MailRoot/logs/pop3-200310262300 The behaviour above is from a SuSE8.2 system - another system running SuSE 8.0 changed from 0100 to 0000 - but fortunately the same day ...
