Last information:

It works fine with Xmail 1.16 (compiled either on Solaris 8 or 9). Mail are 
delivered immediately.
Seems like a fix ( SysAccept()  probably or domain completion) that worked 
on Solaris 8 doesn't work on Solaris 9 (The version I use is the latest 
hardware release (08/03) with the lastest kernel patch : Generic_112234-08).

Do you want me to investigate furthermore ?
