I thought I set the location to c:\perl\bin and spamassassin.bat is definitely in that directory. I will try to reinstall it and see what happens.
I see what is going on now. Your program set the path to e:\perl\bin in the XML file. I bet that 'e' looked like a 'c' when I was looking at it last night. Why is your installer defaulting the path to a drive that does not even exist?
