If you have a RCPT=3DOK and no RECV=3DOK, the message never got accepted =
by=20
XMail. Otherwise you'd see a RECV=3DOK line for the same message ID. =
This=20
could likely have happened because there has been a problem with the=20
network between the client and the server. When XMail forcibly reject=20
messages (because of policies or SMTP filters) it spits out SMTP log=20
lines.
