This conversation seems to have died - but is important.
How many of us currently use:
\domain\mailproc.tab
How many of us currently use:
\user\mailproc.tab

For those that do - please comment on this thread.   I beleive the logic in
the present mail.proc is less usable than it could be.  Your thoughts could
help.
