100 is the maximum amount of recipients by default that XMail allows on a 
message.  You can change this by setting the XMTP startup command-line 
parameter for Xmail -Sr ###.  Look at the documentation under command-line 
for help if you need it.

Although, at 100 messages I would suggest using a mailing list instead so 
each one is sent out seperately, especially if they're all going to an 
external domain - the receiving server may have different restrictions.
