I´m asking because seems that XMail 1.26-pre03 is using %TEMP% for these 
temporaly stuff (and not tmp dir).
Or tmp dir will only be used in others systems NOT Windows?

Hence the name "tmp" :)
Stuff is only temorarly stored there.
