For a few of the b13 revisions, drawgfx.c started requiring a ridiculous 
amount of ram to compile.  Several gigabytes in some cases, apparently.

This problem seems to have gone away in the b14 release, so the fix is to 
download and use the latest version, which is 0.37b14.1.
