Changes since 0.56.2 include:
- Everything from MAME 0.57.
- src/cpu/z80.c now builds with gcc 3.0.x using -O3. (Andrea

- Fixed a minor typo in src/cpuintrf.c. (Quench)
- Fixed a bug in src/vidhrdw/nmk16.c that caused bad/leftover
sprites in gunnail. (David Haywood)
- Added experimental network support. To enable it, uncomment
MAME_NET=1 in the makefile. See src/unix/doc/multiplayer-readme.txt.
