Not the general public, but rather just the folks who are on our little mailing list here. I don't view this as a rom-begging forum, though. Rather, it's a way to further xmame development as most xmame people (unlike Windows people) are not here just for game-playing but rather are here to learn about or work on and improve various implementations of xmame. And it's tough to verify that a particular driver or xmame routine is in good working order without the appropriate romset to test against.
