I've decided to implement Christopher Stone's suggestion for normalizing
the X11 mode selection. Xv will now be enabled via -x11-mode or -x11,
which will support the following values:
-x11-mode / -x11 <int> Select x11 video mode: (if compiled in)
0 Normal windowed (hotkey left-alt + insert)
1 DGA fullscreen (hotkey left-alt + home)
2 Xv windowed
3 Xv fullscreen
I may add hotkey support to the Xv modes. I may also add a more verbose
and intuitive way of selecting the mode, say, by allowing the user to pass
in a mode name in place of a number.
So far the -x11-mode change is working fine, and it was pretty unintrusive
codewise. Any other switches you'd like changed? Now's the time to do
it, while I'm breaking things already. ;-)
