Ok, I will put it in .c file. We can put it back to header later, if we want.

What I meant is that libxml currently sorts '/item[true()]', but it does not 
sort '/item'. I agree, it does not need to sort any of them. I agree with the 
flag "sorted" too, but it is another optimization, independent on what I am 
trying to do now.
