Probably they had advance sight of the "last call" working draft issued on 7th April. 
This seems pretty near complete, and seems to cover many of the problems we identified 
in earlier drafts. Dates and times ahve now been sorted out properly, and abstract 
types have been fully described in a way that makes them look useful. Pity about the 
model of "all" not corresponding with the constraints on models in general, etc! This 
is likely to be the biggest bugbear. Now what we need to do is to write a set of "test 
schemas" for XML/EDI applications and check where the limitations really are.
