I owe an apology for the inconvenience I caused.
Hitting the reply knob and selecting a file to attach is to easy.

When I'n using the mobile for e-mail I set the preferences such that all
e-mail larger than a few kB's are not downloaded. This solves my problem
when calling in expensive ways.

With regards

Gerard
ps: I think that the attachments are very worthwile.
I should have given you pointers to places to download them.

|
|Ron,
|
|Personally I'd prefer not to receive large attachments from the
|XML-EDI list
|server. It's not unusual for hotels in Europe, for example, to charge for
|connect time -- even on a local phone call. Large attachments make e-mail
|rather expensive when you're paying $1.00 a minute while downloading your
|mail.
|
|Maybe XML-EDI needs an ftp server so we can download attachments. Those
|attachments from Gerard have not come through to me from the XML-EDIT list
|so I nominate them as the first candidates for the ftp site.
