[XXE] Project Creation Wizard download?

Hi Hussein,

I can't find the Project Creation Wizard in the location specified by 
http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/dev/introduction.html#create_project_wizard.
 Is this still shipping with the Professional version?
