Hi Hussein, Firefox 3 works fine if you reference the external svg in an <object> tag. That's actually what I'm looking for, rather than including the svg *content*.

However, XXE has suddenly stopped showing any non-generic insertions on my docbook 5 document e.g. every insertion is (text)|*, so I've got a more immediate problem :( Very usable product until that problem.
