This means that you did something (probably outside XXE) that made your 
document invalid: red icon at the bottom/left of main window

OR

you have inserted an element having an ambiguous content model: the name 
of the element is underlined  in the node path bar using a red or orange 
jagged line.

If you are using XXE v3.8.1, I don't see any element having an ambiguous 
content model (may be info with or without a title?).

In both case, XXE has automatically switched to lenient mode. Removing 
the offending element will cause XXE to automatically switch to its 
normal, strict, mode.
