Ouch.

I am not surprised at XmlMind's decision, I've been a guilty beneficiary of
their liberal licensing policy for may years.

I'm a HEAVY user of XXE but I haven't bought a license. I didn't even take
up the offer of a free professional license I was offered a couple of years
ago. The reason I haven't done so is that there are a number of other *very*
occasional (maybe once a month?) users in my company for whom the purchase
of a license is difficult to justify. Basically, I have stuck to the
standard version in order to prevent myself using additional functionality
that would then be unavailable to these other occasional users.

I wonder if I'm the only one who has stuck with the standard version for
this reason? Is some kind of floating license a possibility? The existing
site license is not appropriate as it is way out of scale with our needs and
also because we are a highly distributed company.

Regards (and thanks for all the years of free support)
