That sounds very hopeful (I really should be better at reading small print...). However,
"Licensee may only install and use the Software on equipment located at Licensee's address." Are we talking about technically-enforced limitations here, or legal limitations that are subject to interpretation? I often work at home, for example, which is 80km away from the office (although I'm always connected via the net). I also need to be able to use XmlMind whether I'm here in Oslo or in one of our offices elsewhere in the world; others may need to use XmlMind when at customer sites. Always been. That is, a license is not bound to a specific user. --- The Software may be installed on any number of host machines at this location, as long as the number of concurrent users does not exceed the total number of users for which the applicable license fee has been paid. --- See http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/license_pro.html We'll slightly change our commercial licenses to make this point even clearer. -- XMLmind XML Editor Support List xmleditor-support at xmlmind.com http://www.xmlmind.com/mailman/listinfo/xmleditor-support
