May be, from time to time, some of your authors inadvertently set this
attribute.
Not likely: when it happens, **ALL** elements for which the DocBook
schema define this attribute, inherit from this unfortunate
/moreinfo="none"/ setting in the DocBook file.... An author would/could
make this mistake for a couple of instances, but for 200 ones... I do
not believe.
