ipc and making them static. The idea pave the road towards genipc:ed

All functions exported to IPC are named xmms_{obj}_client_{method}

50% pollution. Lags 68 changes, but merges cleanly
Looks good to me. Would like some other c++ guy to look at it too.
Seems alright, but Zharf mentioned it (lightly) breaks clients, so
should we hold off until more breakage related to Dict and Coll
improvements? People have been complaining that only a handful of
clients actually compile with the latest versions recently.. but well
it's -devel.. up to you guys.
