HI! Sorry about the late reply!
I have looked into xmove and xmx and it seems tha xmove is in the same direction as was our intention, although a completely different approach. I will look more into the source of xmove. I tried xmove last night (between my laptop (DELL 1024*768) together my "real machine" (HP 1600x1200). I couldn't get it to work. We were thinking (as proposed in an earlier mail) of making a "virtual graphics driver" that is actually an X server...... First of all though, I will spend some time reading about randr (Keith P. and Jim G. http://www.xfree86.org/~keithp/talks/randr/randr/ ) to see what that is. /hesa I will try to track down an old error on one of my programs tonight.... I can't reproduce it so I'll post a question here in a while.
