We have a significant amount of traffic from non-subscribers;
a significant part of this is bug reports, so important to receive.
Do we have the manpower to provide a good turnaround for moderation ?

I post from 2 addresses, and would rather not receive 2 copies of all 
traffic. I trust that we can have 2 lists of members, one who receives
and one who doesn't ?
