Attached to this message the patch (-no-render/NoRender/-render and -render-colors/RenderColors). It is not a definitive version: should add some docs and I've not yet change the -render-colors logic (you give an integer N and a CxCxC color cube + 2^M grey is used so that C^3+2^M <= N and C is maximal for C^3 < N).
