Hi, I am new to PASD and Xplor and have been trying to set up some structure calculations on a PowerMac G5 with 4 processors. I have been able to get xplor to successfully run on a single processor (e.g. with xplor -tcl sa_pass2.tcl > sa_pass2.tcl.out) but I get a bus error when I try to use the -parallel command (e.g. with xplor -parallel -machines machine_names -tcl sa_pass2.tcl > sa_pass2.tcl):

In addition, I can run four separate xplor jobs (which get sent to the four different processors) without any errors. Although xplor seems to run fine on a single processor, it takes up all available cpu time (>95%). Have any other (mac?) users encountered these problems? Joel ----- Joel A.
