Hello Dave-- > qsub -l with the epilogue script doesn't stop the processes. (I > realize this probably isn't intrisically xplor-py, but killing > cns-aria works, and killing anneal.py works, if I recall...) If you can use rsh instead of ssh, the behavior will be better. The configuration is achieved by setting the environment variable XPLOR_RSH: i.e. in tcsh: setenv XPLOR_RSH rsh bash: export XPLOR_RSH=rsh before invoking xplor or pbsxplor. If you are not allowed to log in to the compute nodes, you should insist that pbs be configured with a decent system-wide epilogue script to clean up everything when a job is killed. I'll answer your other question in a separate message. best regards-- Charles -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Processed by Mailcrypt 3.5.9 <http://mailcrypt.sourceforge.net/> iEYEARECAAYFAk1BrqMACgkQPK2zrJwS/la8swCghVJesuM7sWKruH8Ts8/k0cA2 A0EAn0N5hYceVwry7iN1WxZxx72FYIU2 =6O0i -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
