Hello,
I wanted to install xtla on debian sarge. Unfortunately, I had no
success. Now I found that 1.2 has just been put as a debian package onto
the server so I added
deb http://download.gna.org/xtla-el/apt/ unstable/
to /etc/apt/sources.list.
and installed xtla.
The compilation seemed to work fine. But now my XEmacs is unusable. I
saw something like Error in 50xtla-load (or so). I cannot click on any
of the menu things. It tells me:
Symbol's value as variable is void: tla-three-way-merge
Oh, no I don't have a strange setup. I have even removed .emacs and
.xemacs/.
Since I would like to try out xtla, any help is appreciated.
If I must provide more information, just tell me what you need.
