Works well for me, and I think the package looks good.  I wonder if
maybe the dependency should be on "emacsen" instead of emacs21 | xemacs?
I'm not too sure of the difference here, but maybe someone else knows.

I've just committed a patch with a few minor corrections and changes.
Some of them are a bit subjective, so feel free to ignore any you don't
like :o)
