after a good bunch of work to get the tracker in shape, we've set it up at

Thanks pleia2 for figuring out and setting up the less-temporary
hosting. Thanks everybody who gave feedback - all further feedback is
still welcome.
I have set up a mail reminder system for open work items. If you want to
get daily/weekly reminders of your open work items, be in touch with me
via mail or IRC and I'll add you to the system.
