It's a dead link, you can't download it. There is no file to install. If you click "amd64", then below "You can download the requested file from the pool/multiverse/f/freshplayerplugin/ subdirectory at any of these sites:" there's a list with many mirrors, so you could download it and install it with dpkg, gdebi or apt, even without adding the repository to your sources list. If you click "powerpc", then below the above quoted sentence, there is no server/mirror listed.
