In the rush to send the images, I didn't mention, first of all my apologies for sending images, I didn't know it was prohibited.

Secondly, the sent of the images was based especially on the following situations (now sent with a mediafire link):
image00 - reflects PC settings
image01 - screen of the presumed installation
image02 - image that appeared after 3 hours without leaving the screen of image01, when I involuntarily pressed the Esc key Which I am naturally unable to understand, and the only issue that seemed strange to me was that in the last lines, are 2 warning lines saying:
*"chown: warning: should be subuntu.xubuntu"*
and a line saying:
*"Failed to start up manager"*

If someone can help, I thank you in advance

Also, do a checksum if you did not torrent the disk. Corruption
        issues
frequently occur with downloads of large files. Torrent verifies
        bits as
they are downloaded (and a checksum with torrented files should
        also be
        done as good practice).

It looks like you download is corrupted (checksum not verified).

See integrity check under https://xubuntu.github.io/xubuntu-docs/user/C/installation.html#preparation
