Different product category. Trademarks only apply within the same product
category, as I'm sure you are aware.

The trademark being claimed here is "XUL" in the context of Software.

Taking the first letter of each word: XMLUIL (or maybe XUIL).

We've had this discussion before. Instead of going over old ground, why
don't you simply reply to my earlier e-mails on the subject?

In particular, these are e-mails in discussions we have had on this
mailing list where you have suddenly stopped responding, despite posting
in other threads at the same time:

    http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=5092944
    http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=5100336
    http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=5142008
    http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=5148075
      clarified by:
      http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=5148252
    http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=6366592
    http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=6371141

The last of these are also available on another site, in case sourceforge
is being unstable again when you reply:

The XUL editors.

I see no mis-use of the term XUL on this page.

This group is using the actual XUL language, there is no confusion here.

> Or how about http://www.xulux.org ?

I couldn't find any mis-use of the word XUL on that site except for their
allegation that you implement (parts of) Mozilla XUL in luxor-xul. I have
contacted them about this error.

> Or how about http://jxul.sourceforge.net ?

Again, this site appears to be using the term correctly.

Because they are different acronyms. With only a few letters to play with,
changing even one is enough to indicate a difference. :-) e.g. XML vs XBL,
or HLink vs XLink.

Please stop mis-using XUL on your sites to mean something other than
Mozilla's XUL language.

Cheers,
