I understand that everybody is busy and I appreciate your help to get the XUL Grand Coding Challenge 2004 started. Sorry if anybody got the impression that the whole affair will be over in a week or so. I suggest allowing let's say four weeks for everybody to hand in the two samples plus a short readme doc once the challenge got started. Let me know if that's enough time and ok with your schedule. Charles, I hope you don't mind I've signed you up for Ibex/XWT on the Wiki page @ http://xul.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/XulChallenge > The time estimates weren't the greatest. It'd take > at least 10 minutes > to type up / organise the interface of a calculator. > Then you have to > work out the semantics of all the buttons. Sorry for the "optimistic" estimates. I've adjusted the estimates to Counter (20-30 minutes) and Calculator (40-60 minutes). Is this more realistic? - Gerald ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials Free Linux tutorial presented by Daniel Robbins, President and CEO of GenToo technologies.
