  I understand that everybody is busy and I appreciate
your help to get the XUL Grand Coding Challenge 2004
started.

  Sorry if anybody got the impression that the whole
affair will be over in a week or so. I suggest
allowing let's say four weeks for everybody to hand in
the two samples plus a short readme doc once the
challenge got started. Let me know if that's enough
time and ok with your schedule.

  Sorry for the "optimistic" estimates. I've adjusted
the estimates to Counter (20-30 minutes) and
Calculator (40-60 minutes). Is this more realistic?
