Keymaps, even XKB ones, go through the Globalization consolidation,
so don't show up on the X change log.
I don't know what change introduced this bug, but it's a known bug
that should be fixed in snv_101a:
6761290 [Xorg] German Keyboard Layout: z and y keys exchanged (qwerty instead of
qwertz)
