In snv_96, the program nvidia-settings worked great.
I could "clone" output onto the DVI port of my laptop
(a Dell m6300 with an Nvidia Quadro FX 1600M).

In snv_102 (downloaded internally from nana), I see:
(a) the nvidia-settings program no longer appears in
the Gnome menu: All Applications, System Tools.
(b) If I run nvidia-settings from a shell, it works, but
Gnome no longer moves the bottom panel down to
the bottom of the screen after the screen size has
been increased to that of the external monitor.

I thought maybe I should be using xrandr instead, but
that appears to know nothing about the 2nd monitor.

Is this user error on my part? If not, I'll be happy to
file a CR, but I'm not sure what data to include.
Suggestions?

Thanks,
Gordon
