As noted on our X community page, none of the X Window System
or higher level desktop code for Solaris is available yet, due
to the way our internal source trees are structured, and the
plan to release the various source trees in multiple phases,
so we didn't have to wait another year for all the other parts
of Solaris to be reviewed and readied for release before releasing
the first part.

For Motif, that's still to be determined.
