I tried two different vncviewers on Mac OS/X (Chicken of the Vnc and JollysFast
Vnc) with the same strange behavior. Direct on the console works as expected.
The less than ("<") character comes out as a greater than. However, if I press
and hold the shift, hit some other key, and then immediately hit the less than
it comes out correctly.
It's acting like it's seeing the wrong keypress. But an ssh session from the
same machine works correctly. Also, it seems isolated to the less than
character, which is even more bizarre.
Any ideas on how to isolate this problem? Thanks.
