The OpenSolaris distro from Sun does not support that hardware.
You may be able to get the old SUNWm64 package from the SPARC
Graphics consolidation download to install, and attempt usage of
that with the wsfb Xorg driver module that we do ship, but that's
not tested or supported, so you're pretty much on your own, unless
someone else here has done it and can offer advice.
You may also want to look into Martin Bochnig's replacement drivers.
