Closest I have is GTX 470 (GF100) which is a bit older. If you don't
see this on Solaris 10 then it is probably this problem.
Not tried with S10. It happens with both Solaris Express and OI.
It sounds like there are no workarounds :-(.
No schedule yet on when the fix would get published.

Not for the specific problem you reported (suspend/power off).
