One more thing. Does {{FSQueue.getMaxAMShare()}} need to be public?
Also, it would be really swell to add javadocs for the new methods in
{{FSQueueMetrics}}. Yes, they would be the only ones with javadocs, but
hopefully you'll start a new trend.
