[~jianhe] Sure, I will add to javadoc to indicate the purpose of test case. I
tried to reopen HADOOP-7537, but JIRA won't let me. Can you reopen the issue?
People didn't find a working combination of Mockito, Powermock and commons-io
in the past. The outstanding concerns had been addressed in open source in the
past couple years. Hence, I like to proposed to move forward with the tested
version of Powermockito. As we can see from the tests, powermock did not
introduce unwanted behavior to Hadoop tests.
