I'm concerned that the changes in {{ConfigurableResource}} could cause problems
elsewhere. In particular, the -1's and the {{Long#MAX_VALUE}}. In either
case, we'll run into issues if we ever do any math with the {{Resource}} after
using -1 or {{Long#MAX_VALUE}}, right?
