Taking a look at how the CLI et all has evolved ( over the last few days :-) )
I think the existing api's are still fine as they are, but I noticed that there
are now bulk get and put methods for nodeid->nodelablelist operations at a
cluster level - which match with what [~ksumit] was suggesting - so I think
it makes sense to go ahead and do them now. Wrt to our earlier discussion of
whether this should take the form of a single node id + list (per operation) or
a map of nodeid->list (per operation), given that the apis elsewhere have gone
with the map of nodeid->list approach I'm doing the same for consistency.
