bq. how about change it to Map<String, String> to explicitly pass
option_key=value pairs to configure OrderingPolicy
signature changed, will add configuration to pass in sizeBasedWeight as part of
the FairOrderingPolicy patch, as that's where it would belong...
bq. you can suppress them to avoid javac warning
