The latest patch (YARN-2883.013.patch) looks mostly good to me, barring some 
unaddressed comments from my previous review - visibility of methods in 
ContainersMonitorImpl and the config itself. As I said, for the config, I am 
comfortable filing a follow-up. And, yeah, the findbugs.
