Refer to all the Constitutions of the Mother body and LEAGUE formations and see if there is anything that says one needs to have a Matric qualification to lead . Cadres at large let's not be distracted from the major task at Hand to mobilize all our plp behind the Banner of the revolutionary ANC as we approach this "must win" elections in 2009 .
