We must acknowledge the contributions young people continues to assert in the
current conjuncture.The Election of Cde Maleka as President of Basketball
should not be left worth reflected.This confirm our assertion that young
people must lead everywhere,in sports,in schools,in the parks,in the society at
large.
GROUP-DIVISION is Political cancer that we must deal with as young
people.History is always important to serve as tool to analyse the current
challenges and look back on challenges experienced before.The lesson we need to
learn are around FACTIONALISM.
We think is worth to devote time to unpack this concept to entrench history as
these development happened before but what do we stand to benefit?DISRUPTION OF
UNITY
We recall that in Russia for about 8 years,from 1903-1911 they faced challenges
around Group-division.Uncritical,unreasonable,senseless bashing of each other
should be defeated.The remnants of worst Factionalist is to continue to mislead
the younger generation of workers.
Capitalism is the worst enemy and wealth accumulation was the
narrowist,minimalist class project identified to cause a lot of noise we hear
about new parties.
What have we learned and continue learn in the current developments?The young
generation must learn that the critical questions will be how does this assist
the hardships of young workers ,who continue to bear the brunt of
casualisation,lack of employment,exclusivity of our Institution of Higher
learning,HIV/AIDS ?etc.
Young people cannot continue to have their focus derailed because we must
continue to shape the future.Failure to navigate these challenges will be
failure to learn from history.Lenin said 'IS PRESSURE FROM BELOW AND PRESSSURE
FROM ABOVE'
We must continue to lead everywhere and claim our voice.
It is not yet UHURU!!!!!!!!!!!
