You see Percy you continue to make wrong inferences in terms of what the
difference between the ANC then and the current ANC. Like we said in so many
words, we have never change the course and the ship towards Better Life for All
is on the right track. You skew view of analysis is problematic. You must tell
me how many of your colleagues hail from the previous order and what has your
organisation did to flush them out? The answer is simple, Many and only
retirement will flush them out of these key Agencies of the State. The same can
be said about a whole lot of the departments we inherited. The only Department
which the ANC created is Arts and Culture, all lots where there and the are
still there. Political leadership have changed over this times but people who
are the one providing that services are still the same just like at SABS. You
see you could not just wish people to disappear because they do not share the
same political ideology with you.

I do not know if you really live in South Africa, to such an Extent that you do
not acknowledge the change management journey Home Affairs embark on in its
Turn Around Strategy not just for service delivery but also to ensure there is
adequate control of all entry point to the country. You just said it yourself
that change is a process and will need both the political will and ability to
steer the entire team behind the common vision. Just for you education, The
entire Senior Management Team at Home Affairs has been changed to allow for the
buy in the new strategy. Probably you could consider going and read Ready To
Govern Position Paper", it will provide an insight of where the ANC see SA in
the future and why we are informing you that we have not change in principles
and it natural for you not to like some personalities but that could not
substitute what the ANC can and will in the enforceable future when dealing
with all pointers in Ready to Govern.

I do not appreciate your inferences of what's happening in ZANU-PF to ANC, you
fail again to appreciate that at least the ANC was not born out of compromise
like the ZANU-PF. The ANC is based on fundamental democratic principles that
have guided us all the way. The reason why we refused the notion of Anointment
and opt for election was precisely to deal with the notion that other cdes will
think they are born to lead and thefore the ANC could only move forward under
their stewardship. It is democracy that produce the current crop of Collective
Leadership in Polokwane and not an Anointment of Mugabe, Buthelezi, and for
your information you must know why the DA of Leon was not willing to give
leadership to a Black Shiremane, not because he is Black because he is non-Jews
like Zille. Hence we are saying you views are very shallow in analogy of the
issue at stake the route the ANC chose and maybe you do not understand our
Manifesto and why those five Priorities were Identified? The idea is to enable
the State to intervene where necessary while at the same time allowing citizens
to explore their full potential.

We will continue to cherish the democratic principles in the ANC that guarantee
every member an opportunity to raise their discourse and engage with the
leadership, a total opposite of Zimbabwe politics. Please refrain from
sensationalisation of you ideas.

I remain, the vanguard of the ANC pro-poor policies.
